It is important because the stray dogs and cats suffer neglect and indifference, because human actions should be encouraged between society and new generations, respect for the rights of all life.
For these and many other reasons it is that I ask the authorities of Caracas to create a shelter for dogs and cats in the streets, and also generate awareness among the population with campaigns and free sterilization.
