This petition is in solidarity with Mrs. Dora, to which the Government of the State of Morelos stole 158 dogs. This lady cared for them, fed and pampered them, had a house where she cared for all the dogs in Tepoztlán, Morelos State, Mexico.
Dora Anaya had on her property 158 dogs that she cared for, fed, and vaccinated with her own money, without any help from the Government. Mrs. Dora has collected the animals in street situation, has put her money, her life, to get them forward. The vaccine, sterilizes them. What's wrong with these people? We are doing their job and we are doing it with our own resources. The problem is that by a decision and a whim of Governor Graco Ramirez they have taken away all their animals.
We, the citizens of the State, demand that dogs be returned with life and the same conditions in which they were captured.
