Due to the many cases of animal abuse, cruelty and abuse; is that we request to create that special Fiscal Unit to achieve the application of the law 14.346 / 54 which is in force nationally and thus achieve a research task to the growing social concern on the subject.
Different organizations and protectors together with the Animal Law Commission, led by Dr. Alfredo O. Mellado, we believe is the solution to the current problem.
