Because there are a huge number of dogs on the streets, the Municipality cannot cope with the demand.
We need the veterinary clinics to provide free neutering service to go slowly reducing the number of stray animals, obviously with the help of the Municipality.
Together we can achieve to reduce the number of stray animals, they deserve a better life and we must do something to give them a better life.
