Ineptitude in PROESPA

That is why we request that:

1. She will be trained in such a way that she understands what your role is in the position she holds (together with the officials in your charge). O well;

2. That the Governor, who has so much trumpeted that he wishes to make public budgetary resources more efficient, designates someone who will truly reap his salary and the budget designated to PROESPA.

3. That there be immediate solutions to the demands of the civil associations and independent rescuers who carry out activities with their own income that are the responsibility of the government.
