Animal cruelty should be punished in the strict sense of the word, since it is important to generate awareness in people that they are helpless beings who have no voice and also feel like any other living being. Two unscrupulous people were detained Limber E. C. and Arturo M. R., both of Martinez de la Torre, as they committed an act of cruelty towards a bitch, who died.
Witnesses indicate that these two subjects were coming on Adolfo López Mateos Avenue, dragging the animal tied with a rope to a black Ford Ranger truck, which in turn had been pulled by a Honda Civic of the same color. We demand that this act not go unpunished and that they pay with jail and justice be done to be the antecedent that animal cruelty must be punished.
