WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO MAKE A CHANGE?
In Manta, 320 tons of garbage is generated daily, of which 260 correspond to waste generated in homes.

The city of Manta is going through a stage of environmental pollution that is eminently perceptible in some places such as: San Juan, university avenue (32nd street, in front of the Sail Plaza hotel)

Tourism is the most affected. To give a good atmosphere to the city of Manta and promote an environmental culture, each citizen is needed.

Change: The last few years have been a cause of concern and awareness for people, therefore environmental education has been very important. In Manabí, an initiative like this would contribute a lot to sustainable development, as indicated in article 66, paragraph 27 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, determines that it recognizes and guarantees people the right to live in a healthy, ecologically balanced environment, free from pollution and in harmony with nature.
