It is necessary to build a Public Veterinary Hospital for pets and street animals, since there are more and more, because many people abandon them and end up dead, whether due to cold or malnutrition. Others end up in the hands of poor people, those who can not keep them, and suffer hunger and diseases until they die.
Many people lack the economic means to vaccinate, sterilize and care for their pets, so many end up dying or being abandoned. It is for this reason that I request the Government of the City to construct, as a matter of urgency, a veterinary hospital.
