This little dog was abandoned by this Renault. They have in the picture the license plate of the car so that the person receives the punishment he deserves for this condemnable act. It was near Dutra, we will do everything necessary to punish him.
We have to fight for that to stop definitely. Animals are sentient beings and suffer, they have feelings and it is not fair that they suffer from inconsequential acts of people, which seem to be more irrational than the animals themselves.
I ask that the Municipality condemn the abandonment of animals with fines and jail.
