Animals also have rights like us in this world that was also made for animals. Animals also feel and suffer like us, and in many cases they have proven to be better than humans. Instead of locking the street dogs, they should do it with the rapists and murderers.
I ask the authorities to impose fines and send to jail anyone who mistreats an animal, as well as to check what conditions their pets have in their homes. A pet is a member of the family, they are not to be moored, caged or for fights or offspring. They deserve a life worthy of love and respect.
Enough of so much animal abuse, judgment and punishment, because a human who mistreats an animal can not be a good person.
