We require the relevant authorities to punish and does not go with impunity the cruel and ruthless murder of this poor animal. The murderer name is Rolando Negrete, his telephone is 866 1395 ***, and on May 13 he post on Facebook that he killed the dog for having bitten a child. It also publishes images by Facebook as if what he did had been a triumph. Before that event the question is: does the dog deserved this cruel and ruthless death?
Both Rescuers, Animal Protection Associations and Citizens of Jalisco are very indignant and outraged by this act of cruelty, and that's why WE DEMAND JUSTICE AND THIS MURDERER GET THE PUNISHMENT THAT DESERVES!!!
