Rescue all the dogs, fine for those and for the previous ones

Addressed to: Municipal Mayor of Concepción del Uruguay

The situation has been going on for about 30 years and more, since we arrived at Barrio San Isidro, in the town of Concepción del Uruguay, Entre Ríos. The neighbors of Calle Los Tulipanes, in that divided house, with their daughters and families, have had several dogs and female dogs, which eventually end up on the street, running people, other animals, and vehicles, a constant total danger.

Mainly, the dog in the photo, this is from her last day of life, since she arrived at the vet, with a wormhole, on one of her sides, and I have a witness, a girl from an SOS animalistic association, that this. family, they communicated, because they did not have money to pay the veterinary expenses. Scoundrels, abusers, have a car, motorcycle and fix the house. At 15 days, they brought two more female dogs, and they are gone, and now two poodles, who are guarding him, until when? Time will tell; I've already seen them cross the street, while no one takes care of them, like everyone they had before.

Therefore, they must change articles of Law 14346, if one communicates, to an organism, that they come to the home, remove the animals, and fine these people, they should not even have vaccines or deworming.

All these people end up unpunished, without paying anything, causing others to pay, with their hearts and will, their bills, out of irresponsibility and never caring about the animal. I want each exposed case, like this one, to be fined for all the animals that they abandoned, before and now, to be placed on a registered file, and that there is a copy of it, so that they never have another animal.

We are going for more victories, and let this be one!
