The government should use public properties to recondition as animal shelters. In addition to awareness and free sterilization campaigns. Let's add to it an agreement with animal feed factories to sold their products at a reasonable price for most people to buy, so the pets don't starve.
Please, we need help from all of you, we no longer know what to do so the government of this country do something for animal rights, this is maddening. We need economic help from the government to feed, vaccinate and sterilize the abandoned dogs.
