It is an atrocious spectacle, witnessed by entire families, where dozens of children attend, turned into a misunderstood folklore. It is not surprising that there is so much criminal, if instead of inculcating values, we take them to witness acts of extreme vileness.
Currently approximately 10,000 goats are slaughtered in the season that begins on the third Thursday in October and runs throughout the month of November.
We want this senseless killing to be prohibited, so those of us who signed this petition asked the Government of the State of Puebla to end this bloodthirsty slaughter.
