Stop the use of horses at the epicenter of demonstrations in Chile

Hello friends, my name is Carla and I write to request your help, the aim is that Carabineros de Chile ceases the use of horses in the epicenter of the demonstrations in Chile, these animals are exposed to stress, to inhale toxic gases (pepper gas, tear pumps with caustic soda) that can cause skin burns, as well as respiratory diseases, since they are being used in the middle of the protests, where they are also being exposed to some stone aimed at police, by protesters.

Although the Veterinary Medical College of Chile (Colmevet) made an emphatic call to Carabineros de Chile not to use the horses of the institution, in manifestations of citizenship, they continue with the same practice.

We need to raise awareness about the value of animals in society, which is why I ask you to show solidarity with this noble cause, which seeks to eradicate violence against horses in the context of the social explosion.

I will share several links that demonstrate what I say, within them there is a video of the city of Arica where a carabinero busts the eye of a dog with a luma, another where a carabinero mistreats with blows to a horse and several on the context of social manifestations.

This institution is completely helpless in our society, since it encourages violence not only towards people, but also towards animals and this seems unacceptable to me.

Let's stop the action by the police of Chile, exerting pressure to stop using horses for war purposes, we are living an energy change at the planetary level and this type of practice can not continue to be validated, it is our duty to reject this type of inhuman practices
