Addressed to: Ministry of Transport of the Argentine Republic
Because there are drivers who know traffic signs and need to work and know how to do it and because they are illiterate they do not give them a driver's license. There is psychological examination and vision test.
That they do not know how to read and write should not be an impediment for them to work, they deserve the same treatment as the rest of the population, why not let them work? You have to reinsert them.
