Hello, I am a Social Worker and in 2017, in the month of April, I went to the University of Concepción very happy, because I would begin to study a postgraduate degree, "Interdisciplinary Diploma in Family Intervention", which I began to study in April of the year 2017 and I finished it in the month of August of the year 2018. I must clarify that everything is duly canceled, that is, that everything is up to date, and until today, no less than 3 years have passed and they still have not delivered me the "Certificate of Title".
With my colleagues and colleagues from the Diploma, we have requested our certificates many times and still nothing. It seems like a joke to me, we feel cheated by the University of Concepción and we demand a prompt response and that they deliver a diploma to each student due to the delay, it is the least we deserve.
