We must have the notion and conscience that animals must not be used to serve as slaves to man. Everyone deserves to live freely, without being beaten and mistreated, beaten with whips and sticks on their backs, causing them pain and suffering every day, working day and night, with sun or rain. Animals should not be at the mercy of bad and coward people.
We have to stop this abuse, so I ask the Mayor of Rio de Janeiro to prohibit by horse-drawn carriages.
