Because it is the greatest cruelty abandoning them and is the root of all animal suffering, is exposing them to diseases, hunger, thirst, abuse, torture and death including electrocution in rabies.
We see death every day in the streets, we must avoid this with harsh Laws that condemn the abandonment of animals, and that severely punish recidivism these cases.
If we do nothing we will not do anyone, we must pressure the Government to act quickly and decisively.
