We ask Mayor Jânio Natal to investigate the sale of birds on the beaches of Porto Seguro, Arraial d'Ajuda, Trancoso and Caraíva. We ask that this practice be prohibited and that places that practice this type of sale be fined. We need to prevent these defenseless animals from being amputated.
Parakeets are also transported criminally, piled up in tiny boxes and then used to sell products.
