Addressed to: Illustrious Municipality of Vallenar
An important number of our stray dogs have been found by the residents of the commune of Vallenar dying because of poisoning. This is a massacre of the puppies of the streets of our city, and without knowing who are the murderers. Every night they wear red and agony for the suffering of these helpless little animals.
We no longer know what to do since the Municipality does not do anything about it. We want justice.
