In the Walloon Region, Dinant authorities canceled their decision and will dismantle all shelters for dogs and cats where they would spend a warm winter, while the previous owner do not care about this situation.
An old dog died this morning. We want the Mayor to modify his decision, we hope he can accomplish it so the dogs could spend a warm winter in this refugee.
