I request that the sale of animals is prohibited while the protective are full of abandoned animals, considering that it is inhumane to continue selling dogs and then abandon them or not allow others to be adopted.
Every town should have controlled the animal shelters, and while there is no capacity to have them, should not be allowed the sale pets.
This, in a long term, could mean that the number of abandoned animals decreases, not only because more animals can be given up for adoption, but by prohibiting their sale, these animals also would not be abandoned. In addition we would fight against the business of animal husbandry, the puppy mills, which is so damaging to animals.
