In China rob and kill thousands of dogs in a festival called Yulin, which is a worldwide appeal for domestic consumption of this creature. Today in Mexico, in the center of the city of Puebla, I do not think that by shady means, "The House of Chang," is the restaurant that initiates a new habit moved from China. In this cruel act dogs, as we see in videos, are beaten to death to "improve the taste of meat".
Currently the dog in Mexico is a creature protected by Law and cannot and should allow kennels to be made and that in no way to be sacrificed.
In the cruel Mexico we cannot increase a new way to be more cruel and encourage groups to steal our pets to meet Chinese restaurant consumption in all socioeconomic levels.
