A true cohort of stray cats and kittens live in poor conditions in the forest, they are wild, they are wounded, emaciated, one-eyed, sick and they reproduce without control in the Vincennes Forest. The animal protection associations intervene very little because the responsibility falls on the city of Paris, owner of the Forest of Vincennes. In addition, the Vincennes Forest covers several communes.
