Recent research by the NGO Animals Australia, on the island of Bali, Indonesia, found street vendors selling dog meat as chicken to the tourists. Dogs are captured from the streets and killed by slaying, strangulation, poisoning or shooting.
Although consumption of dog meat is illegal in Indonesia, according to Animals Australia, the number of dogs slaughtered in Bali is seven times higher than at the Yulin Festival in China.
Please help me to ask the State of Indonesia to investigate this complaint and to stop the killing of dogs on Bali Island.
