Today someone beat to death a mare because they could not pull a float with tons of garbage. And she could not because she was pregnant and the mare's owners out of anger killed her in the streets with a shove until they killed her and aborted the baby horse she had and left her dead in the street.
In Santa Cruz, Bolivia, they exploit and mistreat horses and mares carrying tons of fruits, rice, construction material and garbage. They are killed by hunger, or by working all day in the sun, in the rain, and suffering from illnesses because they do not spend money on veterinarians to be cared for.
The authorities of my country, such as the Mayor's Office, the Interior and my President, allow this abuse and exploitation of horses.
The horses were born to run freely in fields and places for them were not born to be slaves in cities and beaten to death.
Please help me.
